"FIRST NIGHT" PERFORMING ARTISTS, ALBANY, NY… December 31, 2004
Thankfully, the NYS Capital Area still continues the long standing tradition of a
First Night Celebration… Albany NY conducted its 18th annual celebration this year.
With 200 performances scheduled, here is a sampling the local Artists/Bands participating,
along with a few shots of the appreciative fans.
GEM SUMMIT, NYC... April 2004
In its 3rd year, Steve Zuckerman, continues to bring together a wide array of notable personalities
involved in the business, and art, of music and film. The Summit, held this year from April 2nd to 4th, is
dedicated to educating, enlightening and encouraging Independent artists in this volatile period of
change on all fronts. Our second time in attendance, but our first time participating as conference exhibitors!
OTIS TAYLOR... August 3, 2003

COLOSSAL CONTENDERS: FINALS... July 11, 2003
Finalists in the Northeast Blues Society's Annual "Colossal Contenders" played the Fleet Blues Festival's opening night. The 2003
Finalists included: Brown Shugie Blues Band, The Rhythm Method and from the Blueshift Talent Roster, Big Johnson Blues Band.
THE INTERNATIONAL BLUES CHALLENGE... January 2003
The Blues Band Challenge (IBC) is conducted by The Blues Foundation as part of The Blues First Conference and the "Keeping The Blues Alive"
Annual Awards. The Blueshift Group attended for the first time, as did several of our affiliated Bands. Great people… tasty food…
informative seminars… but in the end, the music was "the thing."
